About Cicada Exchange

Cicada Exchange allows Mobile Operators to automate their discount agreements giving roaming personnel the flexibility to manage some discount agreements online and some offline.

Most operators find it a challenge to maintain discount agreements with all their roaming partners. The result is high default pricing which can lead to high retail prices, in turn this leads to silent roamers and revenue loss. As new roaming products evolve, more points of negotiation mean that it will be a challenge to maintain even existing discount agreements in the future.  

Cicada Exchange is a Member of the GSMA and participates in various Working Groups.
